distribution model
As you may have noticed, there's a clear distinction between us and our competitors. We not only excel in production and
product development but also have adopted a completely different distribution strategy.
We haven't joined this market to be a minor contender. Our aim is to capture significant market share and emerge as a frontrunner in the hunting clothing industry. Thus, it's crucial to not only offer superior products but also implement a strategic pricing approach to position ourselves competitively.
In order to achieve the optimal combination between a premium product and price, we have chosen to distribute Järnheimr directly to the end customer without expensive intermediaries. This gives us many advantages, but the biggest one is the value you as a customer get for your money.
By cutting out the middleman, we save the extra cost that would have been incurred on the product, and we want to give that advantage to you as a customer by getting a premium product at a very good price.
We depend on being present in several markets, so we have therefore chosen to distribute Järnheimr from our central warehouse to customers all over the world. We send with Fedex, and normally it will take 6-10 days from when we send the item until you, the customer, receive it.
All our goods are sent on planes that have extra capacity. That is to say, these planes would go independently of us anyway. Therefore, our distribution will not have a greater environmental impact than goods that are distributed from individual countries.
