The fabric that goes from the thighs and down to the ankles is a robust fabric made of 65% polyester and 35% cotton. The other fabric offers a lot of flexibility with its combination of 90% nylon and 10% spandex. Both fabrics are highly breathable and possess water-repellent properties.

At the top, the Klinghorn is equipped with three loops on the waist, specifically designed for our Jörmun suspenders. The adjustable waist ensures a perfect fit and features sturdy belt loops. Additionally, beneath the two front belt loops, there are two extra loops for attaching various equipment. Inside the waistband, 'Järnheimr' is printed on an anti-slip material, preventing the pants from sliding down and ensuring garments stay securely tucked in.

In front of the pants, we have two large front pockets deep enough to securely accommodate keys, mobile phone, and other valuables. The back pocket on the right side is practical for storing a wallet or a fishing license.

One of the two features that really distinguish Klinghorn from the competitors, is the extra-large cargo pockets that is positioned strategically high up on the thighs. Strangely too many pants have very small pockets that hardly can accommodate any equipment.

Inside the side pockets we have a security pocket on each side for storing keys, a wallet, mobile phone etc.

The second feature that makes the Klinghorn unique, is the ventilation system. The ventilation openings on the Klinghorn are market-leading in function and length, following the same principle as the rest of our trousers. By incorporating ample ventilation openings and strategically positioning them where heat first begins to build up, you can enjoy a wider spectrum of seasons during which you can comfortably wear the pants.

We have placed a ventilation zipper on the inside of the thigh, stretching from the groin down to the knee. This area is where heat typically builds up first, and it's important to ventilate effectively and early before you start to sweat. Additionally, we have a long two-way zipper that extends from the outside of the thigh down to the ankle, allowing for easy dressing. When combining these two ventilation openings, you will achieve an effective chimney effect that allows air to flow from one location to the other.

The knees of the Klinghorn are articulated and they have pockets for knee pads.

The leg openings are securely tightened with a solid buckle, and when combined with the boot hook and anti-slip material on the inside of the hem, the pants will stay in place at all times.

Finally, we have added a nice detail on the back of the hip. A loop with our logo that is perfect for holding an axe or a hammer.
