We deliver packages to customers from different continents, therefore all orders are sent directly from our main warehouse with Fedex. We ship all orders from our warehouse within 1-3 days. Normal delivery time is 4-8 days within the EU.

If you want to return or exchange goods, we have return facilities in each country so that you can return easily and affordably. We have free exchange. When returning, you pay 9 usd, which is deducted from the amount we refund.
